Returns Policy

Vega offers a limited returns policy for wholesale purchases.

1. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unopened, resalable condition with all packaging and labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, clearance items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

3. Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Contact our support team to request an RA before shipping any items back.

4. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or credit at no cost to you.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.
